• Client Acquisition Training: Instruction on outreach methods, proposal development, negotiation techniques, and platform optimization for Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance marketplaces.
• Profile Optimization Services: Review and enhancement of freelance profiles to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• 1:1 Mentoring and Coaching: Personalized guidance sessions with experienced freelance professionals, including strategy development, accountability, and problem-solving support.

All Services are provided for educational and professional development purposes. FreeWork Studio does not guarantee specific income levels, client acquisition rates, or business outcomes. 3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify FreeWork Studio of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. FreeWork Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law. By purchasing or enrolling in a Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize FreeWork Studio (or our payment processor) to charge your designated payment method.

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund or credit.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services and content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. • Share course materials, recordings, or proprietary content with non-enrolled individuals.

FreeWork Studio does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

FreeWork Studio makes no guarantees regarding:

• Specific income or revenue results from using our Services
• Success in acquiring clients or projects
• Freelance platform approval or account standing
• Individual business outcomes or career advancement

IN NO EVENT SHALL FREEWORK STUDIO, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FreeWork Studio, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in Ashland, Kentucky, in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS"). The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (sent to the email address specified in your account) or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeWork Studio regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
